Data & security
Pasting a customer conversation into a tool is a real ask — those threads hold names, numbers, and prices you would rather not hand around. The questions below explain, in plain terms, why you can drop a chat into DealFluent without worrying about where it goes. For the formal policy and your data rights, see the Privacy Policy.
Do you store my chat?
No. DealFluent does not keep your original conversation or the order-terms card it generates by default. They live in your browser for the session and are gone when you leave — unless you actively choose to save or share something. The one thing we do store is your email, and only if you hand it to us on purpose for product updates or early access.
不主动保存你的聊天与生成结果;留资邮箱仅在你主动填写时保存。
Is my conversation used to train AI?
No. The only thing that goes to the AI model is the redacted, placeholder version of your chat, used to produce this one result. That text is not used to train any AI model. We send the minimum needed to organize your terms, and nothing more.
How does redaction work?
Before anything leaves your device, DealFluentscans the text you pasted right inside your browser and swaps sensitive details — names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, and by default company, customer, and brand names — for placeholders like [NAME_1]. The map between a placeholder and the original value stays in your browser’s memory and never travels with the request. Automatic redaction is best-effort, not a guarantee, so it is still worth deleting anything you would not want sent before you paste.
脱敏在你的浏览器里完成,姓名 / 电话 / 邮箱等在发送前就被占位符化。
Do you see my card payment details?
No. If you ever pay for DealFluent, the checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card number, expiry, and CVC go straight to Stripe’s secure form — we never touch your card details and they do not pass through our servers.
How do I delete my data?
Because we do not store your chats or results, there is nothing on our side to delete there. If you left your email and want it removed, email [email protected] and we will take it out within a reasonable time.
Is the order-terms card an official document?
No. The order-terms card is a review aid that helps you double-check the terms you already discussed after a chat wraps up, so fewer things get lost or read two different ways. AI output can contain mistakes, so always check it against the original conversation. What both sides actually confirm together is what counts; the card just helps you get there with a clear record and avoid misunderstandings.
Your chat is redacted in your browser, only the redacted text is processed, it is not used for AI training, and nothing is stored unless you choose to leave your email. Questions? Email [email protected].
