About DealFluent
DealFluent is a free, pre-launch tool that turns a messy supplier or buyer conversation — from Alibaba, WhatsApp, or email — into a clean, bilingual order-terms card. It pulls out the parts that matter before money changes hands: price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, and Incoterms — structured, quoted from the original text, and flagged where something still needs to be confirmed.
Who we are
DealFluent is built by a small team focused on cross-border trade communication. We are not a law firm or a customs broker — we build a focused tool that takes the quotes and terms buyers and suppliers actually discuss in chat and lays them out clearly, so fewer things get lost or read two different ways.
We write the guides on this site from the everyday reality of trade follow-up and sourcing: the parts of a deal that are easy to mishear, the numbers that get mixed up, and the recap email that keeps both sides on the same page. Our case studies (中文) walk through redacted, representative scenarios of those misunderstandings and how the tool helps you align. The product is still pre-launch, free, and open to anyone without a signup.
Why we built it
Long trade chats are where small, expensive misunderstandings hide. A supplier saying “no problem” is not the same as an exact number, date, or specification confirmed in writing. After a call or chat wraps up, the price, MOQ, and terms are scattered across dozens of messages — and when it is time to draft the PI, scrolling back through them is slow and easy to get wrong. DealFluent reduces a long thread to one short, reviewable recap so both sides can align before paying a deposit, and rework drops.
What it is — and what it isn’t
- It is a review aid that helps you organize and double-check the terms you already discussed.
- It is not legal, customs, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a binding contract, an order confirmation, or evidence. The final source of truth is always the document or contract that both sides confirm.
- AI output can contain mistakes. Always check it against the original conversation before acting on it.
How we handle your data
Sensitive details are redacted in your browser before anything is sent, only the redacted placeholder text is processed, the output is not used for AI training, and nothing is stored unless you choose to leave your email.
